HI. for correctly work of server , You should use this RULE to change your Default IP Address and Gateway
nano /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
then change your IP addresses and gateway
DEVICE=eth0
ONBOOT=yes
BOOTPROTO=static
IPADDR=195.140.xxx.xxx =====>>> for Example your ip is : 195.140.252.110 so you should change ====>>> IPADDR=195.140.252.110
NETMASK=255.255.252.0
GATEWAY=195.140.xxx.1 =====>>> and so your gateway is : 195.140.252.1
ETHTOOL_OPTIONS='-K eth0 tx off'
